Evidence-based holistic nutrition counseling

If you want to explore and learn how diet plays a role in your overall health I’d love to help you out.

I provide personalized nutrition counseling using a functional approach which allows each individual to understand how they can support their body through food. My goal with each client is to identify the root cause and start the healing process.

I help put the power back in your hands when it comes to eating food. With a strong background in culinary arts, I’m able to take your favorite recipes and alter them to support your body and lifestyle.

I have a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University and an Associates in Culinary Arts from the University of Montana.

Dietitians are considered nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.

Not all Nutritionists are Dietitians

A nutritionist is someone who studied nutrition and may or may not have a degree or certificate to accompany it. There are no qualifications required for people who want to become a nutritionist, but there are degrees in nutrition for those who want to have formal training. There are some great ones out there too, but not the same as a dietitian.
