As a dietitian with a background in culinary arts and exercise science, I address your nutrition and exercise concerns, but also stress management, sleep habits, and cooking skills to help you feel your best. Right now, I only offer telehealth services, so that means we communicate via computer on a HIPAA compliant platform from wherever you are.
